She is especially interested in making yoga accessible to novices and beginners. It’s  rewarding and exciting to teach yoga to beginners and making it accessible to anyone interested in beginning a yoga practice, In addition to teaching beginning yogis, she enjoys teaching yoga emphasizing:

  • Yoga for Back Care

  • Yoga for PTSD and Trauma Recovery

  • Yoga for maintaining and improving posture

  • Yoga for building overall mind and body strength though an inversion yoga practice- working on poses such as-handstand, headstand and shoulder stand.

Yoga is a holistic approach to health, fitness and healing. Yoga serves various purposes on different levels for beginners and advanced students, Katrina is experienced in her practice and believes in meeting students wherever they are in their practice.
